Good value for money! The guesthouse offered clean and affordable accommodations, perfect for a romantic escape. The breakfast was amazing, surpassing any expectations. We were treated to a delicious meal that included complimentary mango juice.
The food at the guesthouse's restaurant was not up to par, so we cannot recommend it. The rooms were quite hot, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable at times.

I keep coming back because it's like coming home. The staff helped me with late check out on my first stay. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, and more. Can't wait to celebrate the New Year here!

I recently stayed at Dream House Guest House in Ngwesaung for a week. The staff was kind and helpful, and the hotel was just an 8-minute walk from the beach. The rooms and shared bathrooms were really clean, and the cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The daily breakfast was great, with different options each day. I also appreciated the convenient bus service to Yangon right from the hotel's doorstep. it was a wonderful experience with helpful information about local attractions and access to swimming pools and hammocks on the beach.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

We had a great time staying near the beach without the high prices. The location was perfect, just down the hill from the bus terminal. The room was comfortable and the staff was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and the fact that they offered bicycles and motorcycles for rent. Plus, the owner even sold us bus tickets back to the city. It was a great deal for the money.
The only downside was that the water in the bathroom sometimes had a strange smell.

The rooms at Dream House Guest House & Restaurant are just perfect for someone like me. The private bathrooms with showers and free toiletries make me feel pampered and refreshed. Plus, some of the rooms also offer a mesmerizing city view, adding a touch of magic to my stay. And don't forget the free WiFi!
Personally, I found the slippers provided in the rooms not really my style. But hey, that's just my subjective opinion.

I had a great time at Dream House Guest House & Restaurant. The location was excellent, just a short 10-minute walk from the beach. The owners were really nice and made me feel welcome. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with different options like fried noodles with vegetables or pancakes. Although the bathroom was open at the top, I didn't mind the occasional visit from animals like a giant spider or a frog. The WiFi was a bit spotty, but considering the affordable price, it was still okay. The hotel was clean enough for me, although there were some minor cleanliness issues.
There were a few drawbacks, like the occasional noisy music from the town due to Burmese holiday celebrations. Also, the water supply sometimes stopped and the electricity was only available from 6pm to 7am.

Oh, how I loved hearing my neighbors' conversations through the bamboo walls! Such a delight!
